The Volunteer Coordinator supports the day-to-day administration of the volunteer program, focusing on coordination, scheduling, onboarding, and volunteer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate volunteer schedules and assignments
• Support recruitment and outreach efforts
• Facilitate onboarding and orientation
• Maintain volunteer records and database
• Provide day-to-day support and communication
• Assist with volunteer recognition

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1–3 years relevant experience

Work Environment and

Physical Requirements:

• Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (some weekends)
• Office and community-based work environments
• Occasional evenings and weekends
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Lift up to 45 lbs occasionally
• Participation in indoor and outdoor events
