Position SummaryLaureus USA seeks a highly organized and relationship-driven professional to serve as Program Manager, Dallas. This role will support the launch and growth of Laureus' work in Dallas, with primary responsibility for building and managing a coalition of local nonprofit partners to drive mission-aligned impact.
Reporting to the City Director, the Program Manager will lead the day-to-day development and coordination of the Sport for Good Dallas coalition, including the formation and ongoing management of a Leadership Council. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to build relationships across a range of stakeholders.
In addition, the Program Manager will support local grantmaking processes, including coordination with national systems, partner communication, and reporting. This role balances external engagement with strong internal organization and execution.
Key Responsibilities- Coalition Building & Management
- Lead the development and management of a Dallas-based coalition of nonprofit partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with coalition members, ensuring active engagement and participation
- Plan and facilitate coalition meetings, convenings, and ongoing communication
- Identify opportunities to strengthen collaboration, shared learning, and alignment across partners
- Leadership Council Coordination
- Support the formation and ongoing management of a Sport for Good Dallas Leadership Council
- Coordinate meeting logistics, communications, and materials
- Contribute to shaping meeting agendas and engagement strategies in partnership with the City Director
- Ensure strong communication and follow-up with Leadership Council members
- Grants Management & Reporting
- Support the coordination of local grantmaking processes in partnership with national program teams
- Manage communication with grantees, including onboarding, reporting, and ongoing engagement
- Track grant activities, timelines, and deliverables
- Support data collection and reporting to ensure strong visibility into program outcomes
- Events & Partner Engagement
- Support and lead Sport for Good Dallas related events and convenings
- Coordinate logistics, communications, and partner engagement for events
- Support broader organizational events as needed
- Contribute to creating high-quality experiences for partners and stakeholders
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the City Director and national program team to ensure alignment across local and national priorities
- Coordinate with internal teams to support program delivery and partner engagement
- Support broader organizational initiatives as needed
- Organizational Engagement
- Represent Laureus USA in meetings with partners and community stakeholders
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment
- Support organizational priorities and adapt as needed to achieve team goals
- Experience building or managing relationships across multiple stakeholders, ideally within nonprofit, community, or partnership-based environments
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Experience coordinating programs, events, or multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Ability to take ownership of work and operate independently while collaborating with leadership
