Baylor Scott & White Health is hiring experienced Nurse Practitioners to join our Cardiovascular and Cardiothoracic Surgery teams as First Assist providers in Plano, Dallas, and Frisco
.

This role offers a predictable weekday schedule, structured call rotation, and the opportunity to practice within a nationally recognized heart program alongside a highly collaborative surgical team.

CV/CT Surgery – First Assist

• First assist in cardiovascular and cardiothoracic surgical procedures
• Provide comprehensive perioperative patient care
• Monday–Friday schedule with structured weekday and weekend call
• Practice in premier Heart Hospital settings

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Active or eligible Texas RN and APRN licenses
• Certified Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) required
• Surgical first assist experience required
• CV/CT surgery experience strongly preferred

• Nationally recognized heart & vascular programs
