- Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions continuously.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop care plans.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
- Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
- Educate patients and families on care procedures.
- Utilize data to evaluate patient care effectiveness.
- Engage in performance reviews and feedback sessions.
- Maintain a high level of visibility in work activities.
- Assist in training new nursing staff as needed.
- Valid RN license in Texas with ICU experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality patient care in ICU settings.
- Experience in monitoring and assessing critical patient conditions.
- Familiarity with administering medications and treatments as per protocols.
- Strong commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Proficient in documenting patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols in healthcare.
- Skills in educating patients and families on care procedures.
