• Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions continuously.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop care plans.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
• Educate patients and families on care procedures.
• Utilize data to evaluate patient care effectiveness.
• Engage in performance reviews and feedback sessions.
• Maintain a high level of visibility in work activities.
• Assist in training new nursing staff as needed.

• Valid RN license in Texas with ICU experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality patient care in ICU settings.
• Experience in monitoring and assessing critical patient conditions.
• Familiarity with administering medications and treatments as per protocols.
• Strong commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Proficient in documenting patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols in healthcare.
• Skills in educating patients and families on care procedures.
• Experience in utilizing data to evaluate patient care effectiveness.
