• Provide advanced wound care therapies, including low-frequency, non-contact ultrasound (MIST)
• Travel locally to patients' homes while following strict safety and infection control standards
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure excellent outcomes
• Educate patients and families on wound care and recovery
• Complete accurate, timely documentation in the EMR
• Grow professionally through ongoing training and advancement opportunities

• Active LPN/LVN license in the state of practice

• Passion for wound care and patient-focused healthcare
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a mobile setting

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Estimated hourly earnings: $29-$45/hour
• Based on 25-50 completed visits per week and 40-45 hours worked
• Actual earnings vary by visit volume, route density, and hours worked
• Estimated annual earnings: $61,620-$103,000 (varies by volume and schedule)
• Pay details:
• W-2 hourly pay for all hours worked (patient care, charting, and travel time between patients)
• $25 per point (points are assigned based on visit complexity and travel burden)
• Overtime paid per federal and state law
• Mileage reimbursement for business travel between patient locations
