Job Description & How to Apply Below

Are you a clinically strong RN who believes hospice care deserves both heart and excellence?

We are seeking a mission-driven Auditing RN who is passionate about protecting quality, strengthening documentation integrity, and elevating patient care standards across hospice and palliative services.

This is not a bedside role — it is a clinical impact role
. You will help ensure that every patient receives care that meets regulatory standards, ethical best practices, and our agency’s unwavering commitment to dignity at end of life.

For nearly 100 years, the Visiting Nurse Association of Texas (VNA) has been a trusted pioneer in hospice care, helping our neighbors age with dignity and independence. Our mission-driven work spans 16 counties across North Texas—including Collin, Dallas, Denton, Kaufman, and Tarrant to rural communities in Fannin and Navarro—ensuring no one faces life's transitions alone. As a non-profit, we prioritize people over profits, treating every patient like family and maintaining a gold standard of clinical excellence.

Beyond hospice, our community roots run deep through programs like Meals on Wheels.

Joining our team means more than a competitive salary and mileage reimbursement. We offer comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, along with employer-paid life and short and long-term disability insurance. To support your future, we offer a 401(k) with a 6% match and a fast, two-year vesting schedule. We also prioritize work-life harmony through generous PTO, eight total paid holidays, and opportunities for professional growth and tuition reimbursement—all within a supportive, mission-driven culture.
