Nurse Manager – Inpatient Rehab Services | Dallas, TX
Lead with compassion and inspire recovery every day. We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Manager – Inpatient Rehab Services to oversee a dedicated rehabilitation team in Dallas, TX—helping patients regain strength, independence, and quality of life.
What You’ll Do:- Manage daily operations of the inpatient rehabilitation unit
- Support and mentor nursing staff while promoting exceptional patient care
- Coordinate patient care plans and ensure quality and compliance standards are met
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize rehabilitation outcomes
- Active RN license (TX)
- Leadership experience in inpatient rehab, acute care, or related healthcare settings preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
- Passion for patient-centered rehabilitation and team development
