Position Overview
Lakewest Rehabilitation and Skilled Care seeks an experienced MDS nurse to join its dynamic nursing team. The ideal candidate will be an LVN with strong organizational skills and be responsible for notifying and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams for MDS assessment completion in accordance with State and Federal regulations.
Qualifications- LVN license required.
- Minimum 1 year of MDS and PASRR experience in a long-term care setting.
