RN Nurse Navigator Oncology

Position Summary

As an RN Nurse Navigator Oncology (Blood Cancer Navigator) at Medical City Dallas, you will coordinate and facilitate care for patients with complex hematologic malignancies across inpatient and outpatient settings.

Coordinate comprehensive patient care, ensuring seamless transitions between care settings, and serve as the primary point of contact for patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

• RN with at least 5 years of clinical experience in an acute care environment
• Current licensure as an RN by the Texas Board of Nursing
• BSN required
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Expertise in acute care settings to assess and identify medical necessity
• Compliance with federal and state requirements
