Pediatric Cardiac Acute Care Advanced Practice Provider

Medical City Children’s is seeking a certified acute care pediatric nurse practitioner, a certified acute care and primary care pediatric nurse practitioner, or physician assistant to join our dynamic Pediatric Cardiac Critical Care team.

Pediatric Critical Care Medicine

• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate Program
• Experience in a Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Unit or a comparable high-acuity setting is preferred, but not required
• Cardiac experience preferred, but not required
• Availability to participate in rotating weekend coverage

• 250+ congenital cardiac surgical cases annually (pediatric/adult)
• Dedicated pediatric interventional catheterization (300+ cases annually), electrophysiology, advanced imaging and ECMO programs
• Maternal Fetal Institute (MFI) and fetal intervention/surgery capabilities
• Growing Adult Congenital Heart Disease (ACHD) program
