Qualifications
  • ADN or higher degree in nursing
  • Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
  • 1+ years of experience in a critical care unit (ICU) preferred
  • ACLS certification preferred
  • Ability to function effectively under stress
  • Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem‑solving skill
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
  • Rapidly assess a patient’s conditions, including vital signs and other physiological parameters, and intervene with the appropriate care
  • Monitor and provide care to patients with critically ill, unstable, and/or life‑threatening conditions
  • Manage various life‑support systems like ventilation and heart‑monitoring
  • Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations
  • Administer medications and other treatments
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
  • Educate patients and their families about the patient’s condition and care plan

Salary: $54,000 to $111,000 /year
