Operating Room OpportunitiesOur Operating Room is a fast‑paced environment that includes high‑acuity patients. The leadership team fosters an environment that supports learning, mentoring, and building every team member.
Role Details- Experience:
1 year OR RN experience, preferably 2 years; some experience in heart surgery; highly prefer an RN who scrubs. - Shift: 3 12‑hour shifts, 7a – 7p.
- Patient population:
Vascular Surgery, minimally invasive cardiovascular surgery. - Patient ratios: 1 RN and 1 tech per case; high‑acuity cases may have 2 RNs and 1 tech.
- Number of beds: 4 operating rooms.
- Call requirements: one weeknight every week, one weekend every 6th weekend, and one holiday per year.
- Department specifics: >95% of RNs have a BSN, 60% are specialty certified. World‑renowned surgeons; use of RNs to scrub; opportunity for leadership advancement.

- A degree from a recognized nursing program or two years of relevant work experience.
- A minimum of one year's experience in the field of nursing.
- A valid Registered Nurse license.
