Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN)

As a Licensed Vocational Nurse at PAM Health Hampden, you will provide nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse on our rehabilitation unit. Your duties include gathering and reporting patient data, executing orders, performing therapeutic procedures appropriate for each patient's age and condition, and carrying out any additional duties as assigned.

• Provide nursing care under direction of an RN on the unit.
• Gather and report patient data.
• Carry out RN orders.
• Perform therapeutic procedures appropriate to patient age and population.

• Current licensure as Licensed Practical Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) in the state where the hospital resides, or compact licensure if applicable.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; BLS must be AHA approved within 90 days of employment.
• Current IV certification within 90 days of employment, if required by state regulations.

• One year of inpatient medical‑surgical nursing experience preferred, but not required.
