Position: Advanced Aesthetic Practitioner (Aesthetics Injector)- Dallas

OVME is seeking a skilled and experienced Aesthetic Practitioner. The role involves performing a variety of non‑surgical cosmetic procedures, including neurotoxin injections, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic treatments, to help clients achieve their desired aesthetic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct client consultations to understand aesthetic concerns, desired outcomes, and medical history.
  • Perform cosmetic injectable treatments such as Botox/neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and wrinkle‑reducing procedures following established protocols and safety guidelines.
  • Administer injections accurately, considering facial anatomy, symmetry, and proper dosage to achieve optimal results while minimizing risks.
  • Stay up to date with latest advancements in cosmetic injectables, techniques, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records, documenting treatment plans, progress, and any adverse reactions or complications.
  • Educate clients on pre‑ and post‑treatment care, potential side effects, and expected outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Medical Aestheticians to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Ensure compliance with medical and regulatory standards, including infection control, product storage, and disposal procedures.
  • Uphold a high level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality while maintaining a safe and comfortable treatment environment.
  • Continuously pursue professional development and training opportunities in the field of cosmetic injectables.
Education and Experience Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of injecting experience.
  • Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate license.
  • Ability to work 1-2 Saturdays per month.
