Registered Nurse (RN) Cardiac Cath Lab - Full Time (40 hrs.) – Dallas – $10K Sign-On

Looking to help build a growing Cath Lab? Join Texas Health Dallas as a full‑time Registered Nurse with on‑call requirements.

• Full-time, 40 hrs. per week
• Salary: $27.50 – $52.88 per hour, commensurate with experience
• Sign‑On Bonus: $10,000 for all full‑time Cath Lab openings (current employees excluded)
• Shift: Monday‑Friday, 7:00 AM‑5:30 PM; on‑call evenings, weekends, holidays required
• Must live within a 30‑minute drive for on‑call response

• Associate degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred
• Minimum 1 year clinical RN experience; preferred one or more years in a Cardiac Cath Lab RN role
• Current RN or compact licensure recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing upon hire
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification prior to independent care; maintained quarterly
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 90 days of hire
• IABP certification preferred upon hire
• Ability to practice within the regulations of the Texas Nurse Practice Act and serve as a role‑model and collaborator in quality patient care
