Registered Nurse position at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas.
Role OverviewJoin the Acute Care unit providing high‑acuity, fast‑paced patient care for cardiovascular, renal and pulmonary patients.
Responsibilities- Deliver direct patient care for patients with heart arrhythmias, chest pain, MI, post‑cardiac procedures, renal failure, pneumonia, sepsis, CHF, cardiac drips, hypertensive emergencies.
- Perform assessments using NIHSS for neurological patients and other evidence‑based assessments.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
- Participate in unit‑based governance and quality improvement initiatives.
