About the Role

Amcare Pro Home Health, a mid‑size home health care company located in East Texas and Dallas, is seeking a PRN (with potential transition to full‑time) LVN Field Nurse to cover the Kaufman, Scurry, Crandall, Terrell and surrounding areas. The LVN will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse. The role focuses on routine nursing visits, treatment administration, patient education, and timely documentation.

• Provide skilled nursing care to home health patients under the supervision of an RN.
• Perform routine nursing visits, including vital signs, medication administration, injections, and treatments.
• Assist with wound care and dressing changes per physician orders.
• Monitor patient condition and promptly report changes to the supervising RN.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications, treatments, and safety.
• Accurately document all visits and care provided in the agency EMR.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, Texas regulations, and agency policies.
• Coordinate visits and communicate effectively with the clinical team.

Job Types: Part‑time, PRN

Pay: $45.00 – $55.00 per hour

• Home health: 2 years (Required)
• Geriatrics: 1 year (Required)
