RN Oncology Nurse Consultant

Oncology RN Nurse Consultant (Telephonic) – Dallas, TX

We’re hiring an Oncology Certified RN for a telephonic nurse consultant role focused on patient outreach, medication adherence, and therapy support. You’ll work directly with patients, caregivers, and healthcare teams to ensure safe, effective oncology treatment.

• Manage 50–70 inbound/outbound calls daily with patients, caregivers, and providers
• Support therapy initiation and adherence, addressing missed doses, side effects, or barriers
• Coordinate with nursing homes, charge nurses, and care teams as needed
• Complete detailed, accurate documentation using structured templates
• Meet strict quality standards (98%+ accuracy) with regular audits and call reviews
• Prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment

• Active RN Compact License
• Oncology Certification (OCN or equivalent) required
• Experience in oncology, case management, or utilization management
• Strong telephonic communication and professional presence
• High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Comfortable working under performance metrics and QA review

• Monday–Friday 8:00–5:00 or 7:30–4:30 onsite
• Potential for hybrid schedule
• High‑accountability environment with frequent audits and feedback
• Collaborative team with structured onboarding and performance expectations

Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, TX.

Pay range: $40.00–$48.00/hr.
