North Central Surgical Center Hospital (NCSC) is a highly successful, Baylor Scott & White affiliated hospital located in Dallas, TX. We partner with the very best team members and medical staff in the area. We are an elective surgical focused hospital that performs over 12,000 procedures per year.

Opened in 2005, 14 Operating Rooms and 30 Medical/Surgical Patient Rooms. We are conveniently located at Walnut Hill & I 75 in the prestigious North Park area. Specialties include Orthopedics, Spine, General Surgery, Pain Management, Urology, GI/Endoscopy, Plastic, and Podiatry Surgeries. Managed by United Surgical Partners International. • Addresses the physiological, psychological, socio-cultural and spiritual needs/responses of the patient.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school or professional nursing.
• Three (3) years experience in surgery.
• Current state RN License
• BLS, ACLS and PALS required
• CNOR preferred
• Critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients and families.
• Knowledgeable of hospital policies and procedures specific to the operating room.
• Clinically proficient in OR nursing skills, demonstrating knowledge of the developmental needs of the pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.
