• Oversee nursing operations during weekend shifts to ensure seamless resident care and staff management
• Provide clinical leadership to staff, ensuring that care is delivered in accordance with established standards and guidelines
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify and address resident needs and concerns
• Monitor and improve quality of care, patient safety, and regulatory compliance
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations

• Current RN license in good standing
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in long-term care
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of infection control protocols and regulatory compliance
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
