* EXPERIENCE - 2+yr of Cardiac or Vascular OR RN Experience Highly prefer an RN who scrubs

Seasonal Commitment Information

* Full-time Seasonal weekly requirements are three 12-hour shifts for the 13-week contract (excludes 1st week of orientation)
* $1,500 completion bonus for meeting minimum productive time
* $51 Seasonal rate.

* Eligible for shift differentials. $3.50 for evenings, $5 for nights, and $6 for weekends. These are stackable (as applicable by time/day) so if you worked a weekend night, you would be paid $51 + $5 + $6.

* Weekend requirements are the same as regular FT
- Rotating weekends

* The first week is Monday
- Friday orientation.

* Although this is a short term (13 week) assignment, you would be a Baylor employee (not contractual, agency, etc.). The hope is that once the assignment is concluded, you will convert to a regular FT, PT, or PRN role.

Operating Room

Shift: 3 12's 7a- 7p

Patient Population: Vascular Surgery, minimally invasive Cardiovascular surgery.

Patient Ratios: 1 RN and 1 tech per case. High Acuity cases may have 2 RNs and 1 tech.

Number of Beds: 4 OR's

Department Specifics: 95% of RNs have BSN, 60% are Specialty Certified. We have world renown surgeons, we use RNs to scrub, and we can teach you. Involved in the latest innovations, strong practice councils and opportunity for leadership advancement.

Call requirements : are one weeknight every week, one weekend every 6th weekend, and one holiday per year.
