As a Home Health Nurse / Private Duty Nurse, you’ll care for one child at a time — developing real connection, seeing progress firsthand, and becoming part of something bigger.

• Provide 1:1 pediatric home health care to children with medical complexities.
• Administer and manage ventilator, trach, and G‑tube care.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members to support the child’s wellness.
• Ensure safety and comfort of the child during care at home.

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN).
• No prior pediatric or home‑health experience required; specialized, hands‑on training will be provided.
• Strong willingness to learn, compassion, and a commitment to providing high‑quality care.
