Position Overview
Home Health Nurse / Private Duty Nurse at Pediatric Home Service in Heath, TX. Provide 1:1 pediatric home health care for children with medical complexities.
Location and Hours- Location:
Heath, TX - Hours:
Wed–Sat 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
17‑year‑old with G‑tube and BiPAP.
Responsibilities- Care for one child at a time, developing real connection and monitoring health status
- Provide ventilator, tracheostomy, and G‑tube care
- Monitor progress, collaborate with family, ensure safety in home environment
- Complete required documentation and reports
Specialized hands‑on training in ventilator, trach, and G‑tube care is provided. No experience is required. 24/7 support from the team.
Qualifications- Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
- Willingness to learn and ability to work independently in a home setting
- Pediatric experience is a plus, but not required
- Flexible scheduling (work‑life balance)
