Nurse Manager; all staff nurses also report to the CNO.

7 a.m. – 7 p.m.

Three days a week, alternate weekends.

• Provide highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients, employing the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to deliver age/developmentally appropriate care in accordance with unit standards of care.
• Support the mission, vision, values, and strategic goals of Methodist Health System.

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. BSN preferred.
• Current license to practice professional nursing in Texas.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.
• Additional certifications as required by department.

• Knowledgeable of hospital policies, procedures, and nursing care standards.
• Minimum 12 months RN experience or completion of a Nurse Residency Program.
• Experience handling confidential material.
