  Associate’s Degree.
• Major:
  Nursing.
• Required Experience:
  
  2 years of Med/Surg RN experience.
• Leadership
  
  Experience:
  
  1 year (ex. RN Charge Nurse).
• Preferred Experience:
  
  Experience on a microvascular surgery unit.
• Certification/License/Registration:
  Registered Nurse (RN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or obtain within 30 days of hire or transfer.
