Nurse Manager

• In this highly technical, fast‑paced, and challenging nursing position, you will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide patients the best care. You will be at the heart of patient‑centered care, valued for compassion, and continually strive to improve the patient experience.
• Registered Nurse (RN) renders highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients, providing direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation).
• You will direct and supervise other assigned team members and collaborate with multidisciplinary members to provide age/developmentally appropriate care in accordance with unit standards.
• You will support the mission, vision, values, and strategic goals of Methodist Health System.

• Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program (BSN preferred).
• Current license to practice professional nursing in Texas.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.
• Additional certifications as required by the department.

• Knowledgeable about hospital policies, procedures, and nursing care standards.
• Minimum 12 months RN experience or completion of a Nurse Residency Program.
• Ability to work with confidential material.

• Utilize the nursing process to ensure quality patient care throughout the episode of care.
