Work location:

Texas Health Dallas, 7232 Greenville Ave, Dallas, TX 75231

Work hours:

Fulltime;
Monday-Friday (8:00a – 4:30p)

Qualifications

Here's What You Need:

  • M.D. or D.O. Medicine or Physiology required OR PhD upon hire required
  • 6 months' physiology experience upon hire required
  • 5 years' work experience in a research lab and/or related clinical setting preferred
  • BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required
What You Will Do

Demonstrated verbal and written ability to communicate effectively and professionally across disciplines and with a variety of distinct constituents, including participants, guests, staff members, physicians, and volunteers.

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across and beyond the organization.

Must demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and advanced expertise in analyzing organizational needs.

Demonstrated ability to lead a major research initiative, accomplish results and achieve measurable organizational outcomes and goals.

Demonstrated ability to influence and coach for results.

Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple demands as well as respond to rapidly changing priorities.

Demonstrated ability to respond to the needs and emotions of people under stress

Proficient computer programming and familiarity with common software programs, Microsoft Office, database, graphics, and spreadsheet applications.
