• Provide highly technical and professional nursing care to assigned patients in a fast-paced environment.
• Utilize the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) to deliver direct and indirect patient care.
• Direct and supervise other team members, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver age-appropriate care.

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (BSN preferred).
• Current Texas nursing license.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Additional department-required certifications.

• Knowledge of hospital policies, procedures, and nursing standards.
• Minimum 12 months RN experience or completion of a Nurse Residency Program.
• Competence in handling confidential information.
