Hours:

6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Job Schedule :
Rotating: 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off, 2 days on, 2 days off (XYZ schedule)

We are seeking Licensed Vocational Nurses to join our community committed to delivering outstanding care to our residents. As an LVN
, you will impact the lives of our residents through providing professional nursing care. Join our team and inspire happiness in the lives of others!

What you’ll do

  • Ensure adherence to individual service plans and administer prescribed treatments.
  • Conduct meaningful rounds with residents and record visits on charts.
  • Administer injections, perform in-house testing procedures, and record vital signs.
  • Supervise and assign duties to nurse aides, monitor their work, and assist in carrying out the activities program.
  • Communicate with physicians and follow through with orders. Handle medication preparation, administration, and documentation.
  • Monitor condition of medication room, cart, and refrigerator.
  • Chart accurately and in accordance with facility policy and state guidelines.

What you’ll bring:

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Current Licensed Vocational Nurse License.
  • Current CPR Certification.
  • Minimum one-year related experience preferred, or appropriate formal education or Buckner training.
  • Working knowledge of basic health care practices and procedures, including infection control.
  • Requires proficient ability to speak, read and write English.
  • A friendly attitude and a servant’s heart.
