Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Job Schedule: Full-Time

We are seeking Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to join our community committed to delivering outstanding care to our residents. As a CNA, you will monitor vital signs, foster meaningful connections with residents, and champion their overall well-being. Join our team and support residents in a compassionate, respectful environment.

What you’ll do:

• Follow the care plan to deliver high-quality resident care.
• Get to know residents by engaging with them, providing comfort, assisting with daily living activities, and monitoring health needs.
• Provide emotional and social support to promote community harmony.
• Assist with personal hygiene and daily routines, including bedpan assistance and bathing support.
• Safely lift and reposition residents as needed.
• Provide adjunct patient care as required.
• Observe changes in resident behavior and communicate findings to shift leaders.

What you’ll bring:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Minimum one-year related experience preferred, or equivalent education or Buckner training.
• Working knowledge of basic health care practices and infection control.
• Ability to read, write, and understand business documents in English.
• Ability to communicate clearly with residents, families, visitors, and co-workers.
• Ability to follow basic written and oral instructions.
• A friendly attitude and a servant’s heart.
