About the Role

This position offers the chance to work in a collaborative environment with access to a wide variety of clinical specialties. The anesthesia team covers more than 800 beds and 70 anesthetizing locations, representing all major specialties of care.

Experience and Education
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and nurse anesthesia program.
  • Licensure as an Advanced Practice Nurse and Nurse Anesthetist.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Anesthetist in the state of Texas.
  • No prior experience required—new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Administer anesthetic agents to patients for medical and surgical procedures.
  • Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations to develop tailored anesthetic plans.
  • Monitor patients during procedures to ensure stability and prevent complications.
  • Document anesthetic management and outcomes for medical, educational, and legal purposes.
  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to students and trainees.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
