Role
Travel Stepdown RN responsible for providing specialized care to patients transitioning from intensive care to medical-surgical units.
Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor cardiac rhythms and vital signs, administer medications, assist with cardiac procedures, observe and record patient responses, respond to emergencies, educate patients on cardiac health, collaborate with healthcare teams, and ensure safety and infection control standards.
Qualifications & SkillsOne year of recent Stepdown RN experience, valid RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications; critical thinking, interpersonal, technical, and physical abilities; strong communication and documentation skills; ability to handle high-pressure situations and work effectively with diverse teams.
