Position Overview
Seeking a registered nurse to provide high-quality, technical nursing care to patients, utilizing the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation). Responsible for ensuring safe, accurate, and timely patient care, including medication and IV administration.
Key Responsibilities- Adhere to hospital standards to foster a cooperative work environment through effective communication and team building.
- Educate patients, families, and significant others, ensuring understanding and engagement.
- Create and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
- Ensure clear, accurate, and timely documentation of patient information.
- Utilize the nursing process to deliver quality care throughout the patient episode.
- Take initiative for professional growth and perform other duties as assigned.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Basic Life Support certification.
- Valid nursing license in Texas or eligibility.
- Minimum six months RN experience.
