General Information Tell us about the unit(s):- Number of Beds - 10
- Number of Staff – 4
- Type of staff:
Day Shift – (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters)- 1 charge and RNS according to census. No techs
Night Shift - 1 charge and nurses according to census, no techs
- Patient Ratios – 2:1
- Type of equipment
- Vent, CRRT, A-line, Bipap, Flow-track, IV pumps
- EMR
- Meditech
Must have
- Strong ICU experience, titrating drips, pts on vents
- Bipap pts
Preferred or nice to have- CRRT experience
- Transplant experience (Kidney, Pancreas, Liver)
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):- Care of the critically ill patient
- Total care- turning, titrating drips, dressing changes, trach care
Best personality Fit:- Compassionate, work well with others, good rapport with physicians.
REQUIREDCERTIFICATIONS:
- ACLS, BLS
Floating Area(s):- All ICUs, PCU, BMT
