Qualifications Here's What You Need Nursing Diploma Nursing Required Or Associate's Degree Nursing Require Or Bachelor's Degree Nursing Preferred 1 Year Experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting. Required 2 Years Experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting. Preferred 2 Years Experience as a Registered Nurse in an Emergency Department RN
- Registered Nurse Upon Hire Required And BCLS
- Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Upon Hire Required And ACLS
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 Days Required And PALS
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support 90 Days Require And CPI
- Crisis Prevention Intervention Training Maintained Annually 90 Days Required And TNCC
- Trauma Nursing Core Course 6 Months Required Or ATCN
- Advanced Trauma Care Nurse 6 Months Required A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment
