RN Cardiac Telemetry

Administers high quality, skilled nursing care to patients requiring intermittent professional nursing services. Performs nursing service for patients in accordance with the physician's orders. Delivers nursing care according to the standards of care defined within the American Nurses Association (ANA) Standards of Clinical Practice Comfortable with drips - required.

Cardiac Telemetry Patient Population:
Post cardiology interventional, post vascular surgical/interventional, advanced heart failure. Patient ratios: 1:4 Number of beds: 49 Department specifics: >90% BSN, 58% specialty certified, clinical and leadership development opportunities, clinical ladder program, shared governance councils, 4-time ANCC magnet accreditation, press ganey guardian of excellence award for 3 consecutive years, flexible scheduling, telemetry to ICU training program, teaching hospital working with residents and fellows, nurse practitioners support clinical care.

Registered Nurse Requirements Graduate of an accredited nursing program License/certification RN – registered nurse BLS – basic life support (required within 30 days of hire) Qualifications Grad of an accredited program Specialized field of study should be nursing. RN license. Must have BLS certification or get it within 30 days of starting in this role.
