InHome Connect is seeking a Nurse Practitioner specialized in palliative care to join our Dallas-based clinical team. You will assess patients, educate families, and collaborate with the IDG to develop patient-centered plans of care.
Required are a nursing baccalaureate degree, current RN and APN licenses, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. Two years' APN experience in hospice or home health is preferred, with a strong foundation in pharmacology and end-of-life care.
