This position is ideal for a motivated, compassionate provider to provide comprehensive care for patients who are in need of a liver transplant.

This outpatient position will focus on surgical support, pre- and post-operative management, patient education, and continuity of care. The APP will play a vital role in enhancing patient outcomes and supporting the overall growth of our transplant team.

** Position Highlights:**
* ** Full time position
** to provide outpatient care under physician supervision, including new patient evaluations, follow-up visits, and post-operative management
* Manage patient care plans, order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and provide patient/family education
* Collaborate closely with transplant surgeons, nursing staff, and other care team members to optimize patient outcomes
* Monday – Friday, 8a-5p
* No call/weekends

* Required Qualifications:

*** Board-certified
** Nurse Practitioner
** or
** Physician Assistant in
** the State of Texas
* Active Texas medical license
* Bilingual preferred, but not required
* Minimum
** 1 – 2 years of
** in a complex environment: ICU, Transplant/Transplant floor, multi specialty experience
* Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
