This is a Part Time position. As a Supervisor House Admin, you will serve as Administrator-In-House after hours, weekends, and holidays.

What You Will Do In This Role:

• Assists in the provision of supplemental nursing staff to in-patient and other areas.
• Works with departments within the hospital to ensure appropriate and timely patient placement.
• Assists staff in obtaining needed supplies and equipment.
• Utilizes chain of command to address departmental or facility issues.
• Responds to emergencies on the campus and implements emergency plans for the facility.
• Interacts with patients, families, staff, and physicians to ensure prompt resolution of concerns.
• Supports hospital mission, vision, and goals.
• Places personal emphasis on customer service.
• Other duties as assigned

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Current RN license in the State of TX or compact license
• Current BLS issued by the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
• Current ACLS issued by the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
• 2 years general duty staff experience required
• 2 years management experience (manager or unit supervisor)
• Some specialty are experience (ICU, ED, etc)
