Registered Nurse - RN

We are hiring Registered Nurses- RN's to work Day shift at a Rehab Facility in Dallas TX! The patient population is geriatric, adult and pediatric recovering from strokes, amputations and major surgeries.
- Number of Beds: 50
- Patient Ratios:1:7
- Equipment: IV pumps, EKG machine, Bari bed, med dispense
- EHR:
Cerner, Epic
Requirements:
Associate Degree, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing 2 years of experience as a RN RN License BLS.
- Common Diagnosis/Treatment: stroke, amputation, major surgeries
- Personality Fit: problem solver, warm, welcoming, leadership skills, critical thinking skills
