Registered Nurse – IMC​/PCU​/Stepdown

Job Summary:

Seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join the ICU/PCU/Stepdown units for travel assignments. These roles require dedicated professionals who can provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patient conditions and monitor vital signs regularly.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care plans.
• Document patient information accurately in the medical records system.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and escalating concerns when necessary.
• Adhere to unit policies, safety protocols, and dress code standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of Texas.
• At least 1 year of experience in ICU, PCU, or stepdown units.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM shifts on a 13-week assignment.
• Experience with Meditech EMR preferred.
