Required Experience:

• 2+ years of current Level III or Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) experience
• Sufficient experience in HIE, surfactant administration, and PICC line

Required Licensure and

Certifications:

• Active Texas or Compact RN license
• Active AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Active Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• EPIC experience
• Must disclose any previous Parkland employment history

Required Documentation:

• Resume
• Skills Checklist specific to the NICU discipline
• 2 supervisory references from within the last year
• Proof of Taxable Address (e.g., Driver’s License, Current Utility Bill, Lease/Rental Agreement, etc.)
