LVN Charge Nurse

Belmont Village Turtle Creek in Dallas, TX is seeking an LVN Charge Nurse to provide compassionate clinical care for seniors in our assisted living and memory care community. In this resident-centered role, you will coordinate and deliver nursing services, administer medications, monitor resident conditions, and communicate with physicians and families. You will lead and support care staff, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, and document care accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to assisted living and memory care residents
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocols
• Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions and changes in status
• Coordinate care and communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Supervise and support care staff, ensuring quality, timely resident care
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, policies, and infection control standards
• Respond to emergencies and perform triage and appropriate interventions
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and documentation
• Participate in care planning, resident assessments, and service plan updates
• Support a resident-centered, safe, and engaging environment
