We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager
- Emergency Services to lead nursing operations and patient care within a busy Emergency Department.

• Lead and supervise Emergency Department nursing staff.
• Oversee daily nursing operations and patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Address staffing, operational, and patient-care concerns.
• Support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Assist with budgeting and resource management.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve ED services.

• BSN required; advanced degree preferred.
• Current Texas RN or compact RN license.
• BLS required.
• ACLS and PALS required within 6 months.
• TNCC required within 18 months.
• ENPC or CEN required within 18 months.
• 5+ years of progressive nursing management experience .
• Experience with staff management, budgeting, physician relations, quality improvement, and multidisciplinary teams.
