Position Overview
Seeking a registered nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care to assigned patients, utilizing the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation). The role involves supervising team members and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure age-appropriate, standard-compliant care.
Qualifications & Skills- Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred
- Current Basic Life Support certification
- Relevant additional certifications as required
- Active nursing license in Texas or eligibility
- Minimum of 1 year RN experience
- Communicate effectively and foster collaborative relationships
- Maintain accountability for performance and seek continuous improvement
- Take initiative for professional development
- Engage actively in team-building and enhancing patient experiences
