Registered Nurse - Cath Lab

Role

Staff Nurse (RN) responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in a fast-paced environment.

Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensure safety and therapeutic environment, communicate effectively with patients and families, and maintain accurate documentation. Take initiative for professional growth, build relationships, and promote a collaborative work environment.

Graduate of an accredited nursing program, current Texas nursing license, Basic Life Support certification, with a minimum of 12 months RN experience or completion of a Nurse Residency Program. Knowledge of hospital policies and procedures is essential.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills; ability to handle confidential information; adaptability to a high-tech, demanding setting; and commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
