Registered Nurse - PRN

Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care within a hospital setting, utilizing the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).

• Deliver direct and indirect patient care while ensuring a safe, therapeutic environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members, patients, and families, and document patient information accurately and timely.
• Administer medications and IV therapies safely and accurately.
• Support educational efforts for patients, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with colleagues to promote a cooperative work environment, adhering to hospital standards.
• Maintain professional growth and assume responsibility for performance improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.
• Valid nursing license in Texas or eligibility.
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
