Work hours: Part Time, 24 Hours, Days

Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
Master's degree in Nursing preferred
Three years of Level III NICU experience preferred
NRP
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program upon hire requiredBCLS
- Basic Cardiac Life Support upon hire required
Supports high risk mothers and families identified for navigation during pregnancy and transition to delivery or NICU admission
Facilitates communication among maternal-fetal medicine, obstetrics, neonatology, pediatric subspecialists, palliative care, outpatient providers, labor and delivery, and NICU teams
Ensures seamless transitions across inpatient, outpatient, and community based care settings
Collaborates with obstetric, neonatal, surgical, nursing, social work, case management, chaplaincy, and therapy teams
Interface with external organizations for documents needed for the coordination of activities, programs and partnerships
Prepares and leads bi monthly Perinatal Rounds to promote communication, coordination, and proactive care planning for high risk antenatal and fetal patients
