Work hours:

Full Time- 40 Hours;
Days;
Monday-Friday  holiday and on call required Surgery highlights:
Texas Health Dallas has 24 Main OR Suites, 2 Endovascular rooms, 3 Robot rooms, 2 Heart rooms. Fast Paced, High Volume of Robot, Urology, Plastics, GYN service line Level I Trauma facility. Strong Minimally Invasive CV program

Qualifications

Here's What You Need Associate degree Nursing required or Nursing Diploma BSN (Preferred) 1 Year Experience as a registered nurse or completion of an RN residency program (Required) 2-3 years of acute care RN experience (Med-Surg, L&D, ICU or ED) (Strongly Preferred) RN
- Registered Nurse Upon Hire (Required upon hire) BCLS
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (Required upon hire) ACLS
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire (Preferred) What You Will Do Delivers care to patients utilizing the Nursing Process OR RN Surgery Circulator duties and skills Assesses the patient Plans the care of the patient Intervenes as appropriate Evaluates the effectiveness of interventions Incorporates age specific safety/infection control measures into patient care. Initiates action to meet patient and/or significant others need for information Maintains continuity of patient care inter-shift, inter-hospital, and while expediting out of hospital transfers.
