Registered Nurse/RN Float Pool - ICU/Rapid Response Full Time Nights

Work location: Texas Health Dallas - 8200 Walnut Hill Lane, Dallas, TX 75231

Work hours: Full Time, 36 hours weekly, Nights 7pm-7am; weekend and holiday requirements

Training: Must be able to attend orientation and training at the corporate office in Arlington 8am-5pm during the first 1-5 days of hire

Here’s What You Need
  • Nursing Diploma in Nursing required or
  • Associate’s degree in Nursing required or
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
  • 1 year experience as registered nurse or completion of an RN residency program required
  • 1 year of ICU experience strongly preferred
  • Texas RN
    - Registered Nurse required upon hire and
  • BCLS
    - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care required and maintained quarterly and
  • ACLS
    - Advanced Cardiac Life Support required within 90 days of hire and
  • NRP
    - Essential Neonatal Resuscitation Program for staff floating to areas where they will be delivering care and resuscitating neonates required within 90 days of hire and
  • NRPA-Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program For staff floating to areas where they will be delivering care and resuscitating neonates required within 90 days of hire
